PARENT COFFEE MORNINGS

Themed 90-minute gathering with talk on parenting topics and time to share in small group of fellow parents. Some morning coffees are a sequence of 3 or 4 weeks and some are stand-alone. See offerings. Coffee and tea provided. 

WEEKEND WORKSHOPS

One or two-day workshops offer the gift of deep retreat and exploration within the container of a small group. While it can be challenging to give up time on a weekend, the nourishment and self-care can deeply revitalize your parenting journey.

MINI MORNS

Mini Morns offer a way to deepen into a parenting topic. Mini Morns are three-hour offerings for nurturing yourself while gathering tools for your parenting and teaching. Coffee/tea and healthy snacks provided.

ONE WITH ONE

Private inquiry sessions offered to parents and teachers. Explore your questions, concerns, or celebrations in private sessions with a parenting guide. Through finding comfort with living in the question, we can work together to finding the next step forward.

EVENING GATHERINGS

Evening gatherings are either lecture set up or small group circle with a variety of parenting topics. Some evening gatherings are a sequence and some are stand alone. 

SCHOOL COMMUNITY WORKSHOPS OR INSERVICES

OFR offers enrichment one or two day workshops or evening lectures/circles  for the parent body of your school community or inspirational in-service for teachers.

Coffee time with Nina is something I look forward to. I count on it to regroup my priorities. I come away deeply inspired and re-committed to mindful parenting. The added bonus is learning to reparent myself!
